The Phase-2 deterministic engine, live in your browser. Rust → WebAssembly, no server round-trips. Everything below runs on the same engine the games will.

Restriction map
Map
Run a restriction scan to draw cut sites.
Digest → gel
Pick enzymes (single+multi cutters from the scan), then run a virtual gel.
Agarose gel
Ladder (bp) on the left; your digest in the next lane. Migration ∝ log(size).
Primer design
Pick a region of the sequence above and a target Tm; the engine sweeps primer lengths and returns the best-scoring forward + reverse pair. Then send them straight to the PCR panel to amplify.
In-silico PCR
Defaults are the M13 fwd/rev priming sites in pUC19. Tm: SantaLucia nearest-neighbor (50 nM oligo, 50 mM Na⁺) — clean-room of primer3's oligotm.
The sequence box above is the vector. Paste an insert, pick the cloning enzyme(s), and the engine digests both, matches overhangs, and builds the recombinant plasmid. Two distinct enzymes → one directional product; one enzyme → both orientations.
Recombinant products appear here.
Benchmark — gauge performance
×
Runs the op in a tight loop on the current sequence and reports throughput.
